Held at the Benbrook YMCA, this is a 300 yard pool swim, 13.8 mile bike (Hilly Course)on the Benbrook Half Marathon course and a mostly flat 5 km run. USA Triathlon sanctioned. Absolutely NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS. Confirmation/race instructions will be sent by e-mail. This event fills early so sign up early.

The Better Alternative in Triathlon
Owned and operated by Tri-Cowtown Triathlon Club and co-sponsored by the Benbrook Community Center/YMCA, this event was produced for those in the Metroplex desiring a race with a safe and secure venue. One that will go on rain or shine. Bike course is essentially closed to traffic. Limited to 450 entrants combined for both races. Please sign up early. Absolutely NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS. USA Triathlon sanctioned.

Waiver and Release
USAT Waiver will be signed at packet pick-up. All entrants/competitors will be required to sign USAT waiver and pick up their own packet. No one will be permitted to collect another entrant's packet. NO Race day Packet Pick-up. Picture ID required. I understand there is NO race day packet pick up.
