About This Event:
A 300 meter pool swim, 13.8 mile bike with rolling hills, scenic
5km run mostly flat. Excellent race for first timers. USA Triathlon
Sanctioned. Absolutely NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS. Confirmation/Race
instructions will be e-mailed. All non-USA Triathlon annual
members will be required to pay a one day membership fee of
$10.00 at packet pick up.
Premiere early season Triathlon
Athens is 90 miles southeast of Dallas and this
is one of the oldest triathlons in Texas. Great pool and fairly
fast course. Good event for first timers. One of the premier
early season evens. Owned and operated by the Cain Center of
Athens.
